this is a must have for those with sore necks. You can move it around to get all the sore spots, the heat feels great, and you can use it on back and legs too. The chair size massagers are too tall for us vertically challenged individuals and this works no matter what your size.

I get aches and pains working in a warehouse all day. When I get home I turn on the massager, place it around my neck, sit in my recliner and pass out. Very relaxing and when I wake up my neck has no tightness or pain. Great buy.

When I first unboxed this fantastic heated massager I thought it looked like a horse collar and wondered how it would work. To my surprise, it works quite well. The massager is heavy, drapes around your neck and shoulders and down the front of your body. If weight on these areas of your body may be uncomfortable you may not wish to try it. I tried it and loved it, it took a few adjustments to get it just right for my use. after adjusting it for myself, it worked wonderfully, it massaged my back and shoulders helping to relax the tenseness in them. I use it two or three days a week and am happy to say that this massager has helped me maintain pain free range of motion through my shoulders.

This works really well. The rotating balls penetrate like a deep tissue message. Good value for money.

I really liked this Neck massager. I've had very bad nerve pain in my neck due to tight traps and the massager seems to help. Also I love that it has a car charger, I use it on the go while driving. Off course when only there's limited traffic. It's been great so far
